From a small idea born out of local players' needs, Jackpot108 has grown into one of the most recognised names in online betting in Malaysia. We're more than just a platform — we're a community, an experience, and a commitment to every player's satisfaction.
Jackpot108 was founded in 2018 by a group of individuals with one clear mission: to create an online betting platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players. Not a platform merely "translated" from an overseas market, but an experience built from the ground up with local players as the primary focus.
We started small. Our original team was just 12 people — developers, designers, and betting industry experts passionate about doing something different. Today, Jackpot108 has grown into a company of over 200 staff across multiple departments, serving more than one million registered members from all over Malaysia. This achievement didn't happen overnight — it's the result of the trust you, our players, have placed in us over the years.
What sets Jackpot108 apart from other platforms? We believe the answer comes down to three things: uncompromising security, a user-first experience, and real value for every ringgit you put into the game. We don't race to offer the biggest, most unrealistic bonuses — instead, we focus on making sure every cent you win is easy and fast to withdraw, with no frustrating hidden conditions.
We also take responsible gaming very seriously. jackpot108 provides a range of self-control tools — betting limits, deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options — because we believe betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a burden. The health and wellbeing of our players always comes before any short-term business gain.
The jackpot108 platform operates under a recognised licence and is regularly audited by independent international bodies. This means every game you play is fair, every transaction you make is secure, and every piece of personal information you share is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your trust is not something we take lightly — it is the foundation of everything we do at jackpot108.
